If you wish to submit a proposal, we ask that you please adhere to the following guidelines:

Please send a brief description, website, and work sample via email to submissions@hydeparkjazzfestival.org. Only work sent to this email will be considered.

  • If you have upcoming performance dates not on your website, we invite you to include that information in your submission.

  • We very much appreciate online work samples rather than CDs. We ask that you please not send any CDs by mail.

  • We review applications between January 2 and February 28, and conclude booking for each year’s festival by March 31st of that year.

You will receive a confirmation of receipt from us when you submit your materials. Please understand that we are unable to guarantee other correspondences. We do our best to communicate with everyone, but if you do not hear from us, it is because we cannot accommodate your ensemble at this time. You do not need to follow up.
