You will receive an auto-reply acknowledging receipt of your submission. Please do not send multiple submissions or follow-up emails. We review all materials and will be in touch with you if we have questions or booking inquiries.

The programming process for the Hyde Park Jazz Festival is complex and includes numerous considerations. We are excited to receive submissions but unfortunately, we are not able to include all of them in the programming.
